Help us make this a memorable event for our students! We’ll need help transforming our school library into a magical place:
Wednesday, June 11th, 8:00 pm – Sorting through decorations and hanging curtains. We realize this is FVHS graduation night, but anyone that can come at 8:00 would be appreciated. Tall ladders (and hopefully Dads) are needed to hang the curtains.
Thursday, June 12th, 1:00 pm – The majority of the decorating takes place here.
Friday, June 13th, 8:00 am – Finishing up the decorating for the Big Night!
Friday, June 13th, 10:00 pm – Tear down and returning decorations to the Fulton storage shed.
We will need the following items if anyone can bring them:
Ladders (short and tall)
Any Mardi Gras style decorations you would like to donate.
If you have any questions, contact Jean DeSantis at email@example.com. Thanks for your support!
May 5-9th is Staff Appreciation Week at Fulton, and we have some great activities planned for our teachers:
Mariachi Monday (Mexican-themed snacks)
Tuscan Tuesday (Italian-themed snacks)
East/West Wednesday (Asian-themed snacks)
World Feast Thursday Luncheon (a variety of international dishes)
Fresh & Fruity Friday (fruits and salads)

We also will be giving out gift cards as a way of saying thanks. If you have any unused gift cards at home, please consider donating them by Wednesday, May 7th. Please mark “Staff Appreciation” on the envelope and deliver them to the school office.
All donated food should be brought to the school office by 9:00 am on your day (students may drop them off).
If you have any questions, contact Cathy Griffin or Julia Wong at:

The food committee is requesting refreshment donations to make this event a successful one for our children. Although we welcome donations from any Fulton family, we are hoping 8th grade families will donate at least one of the following: 12 packs of soda, cases of bottled water, 2 dozen homemade cookies or cupcakes per family (delivered on June 13).
We are also looking for someone who might have a connection to a restaurant to help us get some fried rice or other large quantities of food (salad, Mac & Cheese, pizza etc) donated or at a discounted price. If you have drinks to donate, please deliver them to the school office marked “8th Grade Dance.” If you would like to bake or have a restaurant connection, please contact Chris Allcorn at firstname.lastname@example.org
so we can keep track of how much food we have coming in. Thank you!
Thursday, April 3rd, is your last chance to turn in any outstanding Cookie Dough orders. Please make checks payable to Fulton PTA and turn them in to your child’s homeroom or the school office. Thank you!
One of our most popular fundraisers, McTeacher Night, returns on April 2nd. From 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, our Fulton staff will be serving up burgers, fries and shakes at the McDonalds on Brookhurst and Garfield. A portion of all sales goes back to our school. See you there!
The end of our cookie dough fundraiser is here! Please have your children turn in all completed order forms and payments to their homerooms by Tuesday, April 1st. All checks should be made payable to Fulton PTA. Thank you for supporting Fulton Middle School!
